Every package and service is personalized to your needs. Your cost will be given to you at the time of your initial consultation.

You should book as soon as you know your surgery or hospitalization dates. We want to make sure we have adequate time to create the best plan of care for you.

LaVida Concierge is a private pay nursing practice. We do not accept insurance. The positive with this is we are able to offer treatments that would not be available if we took insurance.

We accept checks, bank transfers, debit cards, all major credit cards, and venmo.

All basic nursing supplies are included in your price. If you need specific specialty treatments and supplies, those may be additional.

Boston, Brookline, Newton, Needham, Wellesley, Dover, Dedham, Westwood, Norwood, Weston, Wayland, Watertown, Waltham, Concord, Lincoln, Burlington, Lexington, Arlington, Cambridge, Belmont, Somerville, Milton, and Canton. If your town or city is not listed here, please call us. We can make special arrangements.

All of our staff is fully vaccinated, including boosters. We use proper handwashing techniques. We will wear a mask depending on the client’s preference.

Every client is given the utmost privacy and confidentiality. We never share anything without your written consent.

We absolutely can coordinate everything for you, including hotels and travel arrangements. We will make your trip seamless. We also have nurses and caregivers who can travel with you to your destination.

We do provide private medical nursing. It comes down to our expertise and your diagnosis. Please reach out to see if we can help you.

All of our nurses and nurse practitioners are licensed through the state of Massachusetts. All staff are thoroughly insured.

We do extensive care coordination for our clients. From post-op, to complete medical and elder we provide this service. We take care of it all, so you don’t have to.

We meet with our clients at least once every two weeks, and more frequently if needed.

We usually can start with a 24 hour notice. However, it is best to meet in advance so we can assess your needs and create a care plan.

LaVida Concierge offers both registered nurses and home caregivers. During our initial assessment, it will be clear which level(s) are indicated. Ultimately, it will be up to you which level you choose. Some families would choose to have a nurse to care for them because of different factors including, level of education, assessment skills, and coordination. We can easily help you through this process.
