About LaVida Concierge

LaVida Concierge was founded from the heart. After being a critical care nurse for many years I simply wanted to create a company where our sole focus is our client. I saw a need for excellent nursing care and coordination to be delivered to post-hospitalized clients as well as an elder client population. A company where excellent customer service and care, go hand in hand. Where clients can reach me at any time, anywhere. Where we offer holistic services in the comfort of clients’ own surroundings. Where our care is personalized to ensure a tranquil and complete healing process. Where we strive to know and care for you. Where every detail is noted and projected. Where every team member is recruited individually by me. That was my vision when I started and it continues today.

Our staff is comprised of Registered Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Caregivers and other trained licensed professionals which ensures that you will be given excellent care.

Sincerely,

Shaunna Lai, RN, BSN, Founder

Responses from Clients

  • Dear Shaunna. Thank you very much for this helpful summary. And also for taking Auntie to the doctor yesterday. That turned out to be a complete success -- Auntie really enjoyed your company, said she liked the doctor, and was completely comfortable with the entire experience.

  • Shaunna is the epitome of care, kindness, and professionalism. Her services are what our healthcare system needs. LaVida Concierge went above and beyond our expectations and I personally recommend her nursing services for any of your post-op needs. She met us at the hospital, spoke with the OR staff upon release, and drove us home! This is top-notch care and gave me the peace of mind that was daughter was well taken care of after a rough surgery. Her services extends to nurse aides as my daughter transitioned into step-down care needs. My daughter's fears were put at ease which was paramount!
